These are examples of nutritious meals that can be prepared in just a short period of time and will definitely be loved by your kids while helping them to stay fit.
Banana Cupcakes - Bake delicious banana cupcakes for your loved ones. An even healthier alternative is to use whole-wheat flour. And as a substitute for sugar, add a crushed ripe banana. However, this recipe will require vast amount of your time, so it is ideal to prepare the cupcake at night and just store it on a fridge. Or better yet, bake the cupcakes during your free time and just store it on a container.

SYKES DAY (june 23,20007) Vista Mar & Shangrila
We've had so much fun last saturday. It was Sykes Cebu's 4th year Anniversary. wow, it was a blast! It started in the morning at VistaMar Resort in Mactan Cebu, where we tried that hilarious banana boat ride :) , it was my second time though.. still, I got really scared when we fell out of the boat in the middle of that really deep blue sea... But, it was worth it! I swear I'd really try it again! I also had my first try of kayak, which left a sore on my arms and shoulders.. ouch! And wow, I couldn't believe I've tried the "zip-line". That extreme sport game wherein you will hold on to a rope from the top going down towards the pool, 5-feet high. Scary.. At around 6PM, we were treated for a cocktail party on the shoreline of Shangrila, Mactan. The setting was awesome. Colorful mats with pillows lay down the white sands, chairs and tables are arranged neatly on the back portion, which welcomes guests warmly. Candles and flowers adorn those cute round tables scattered around the shores. They setup a stage for the program. The decorations were good, the theme was to combine fire with water which they did (not literally). I really appreciate the food preparation, they served mostly desserts, fruits, and a few cocktail dish, to match the theme, which is a "cocktail" party. The highllight of the event which delighted all the guests was the fireworks display. I've never seen such an amazing display of fireworks live. Everything was almost perfect when at the middle of the celebration, rain suddenly pours which made us ran towards the tent which houses the food :( Not a good one. It eventually ended with some guests all "wet & wild" (including me), which I really intended. We tried not to spoil the party by running towards the stage all wet and ready to groove, when the music was stopped. It was due to some sort of electric shock, that the management decided to cut-off the power supply. :( Despite these 'not-so-good' things... I still, considered the party as one heck of F-U-N!!!

hahahaha.. zip-line galore.. astig!!!!

Twenty three years of existence is an achievement. It's not quite easy living in this world full of sarcasms and ironies. I've always wanted to have a happy life. However, when I ask myself on my definition of "happiness", I honestly have no idea at all. When I look around me, I could see people from different walks of life. Some are suffering, others were contented, a lot of them are happy while a few just didn't care at all. I cannot figure out which category I belong, though. I grew up full of love and care by my family. Enough for me to have a "happy" life. When I mature, I still long for more happiness. I've searched for it from friends, classmates, colleagues, even from people whom I've considered as a part of me. I ended up still searching for more. I followed my own rules and live life according to what I believe will lead me to happiness. On my journey, I've failed a million times. That was for the wrong choices I've made . This I regretted so much. But the fact that it was done in the "past", means that it already happened. And that will forever remain a history. We have no control over our life, yes. Still, we always have choices. I may have failed before, but somehow it was a result of the wrong choice I made, enough for me to learn. Nobody is perfect, but its good to live our life avoiding mistakes, because In the end, it's still us who will bear the consequences.AYT?
